Any Yenidje in Recent H&H White Knight?

What I loved about Hearth & Home Marquee White Knight (and more so in Magnum Opus) was the Yenidje. It seems that oriental leaf is extinct, at least commercially, but I still see it included in the description of White Knight. Has anyone smoked recently purchased WK? If so, did it still have that “unflavored soda” note for Yenidje is known?

Good question. From what I've been told by friends who are very good at finding hard to find stuff, Yenidje has has been gone for several years. But doing a search I find it for sale at Leaf Only, so it appears to be currently available. It's possible that current release of White Knight contains Yenidje, the only way to tell is buy a new tin and light up.

I guess it’s better than buying a lottery ticket. Even I don’t win, I still get something. Sutliff had good Orientals in general.

I think they are out of stock and retired the product. I have sampled that particular oriental and I believe it's a nice type of basma but not true yenidje. It's too pale colored.

I did stock up on White Knight before it went belly up. It will be a blend I will miss when the lay tin is used up. Still better than the Germains’s version in my opinion.
