Any Help Identifying these two pipes?

I have two pipes whom I have no info on, I figured y'all may be able to help.
1. A slight bent bulldog, "Happy Jack" with "Made in England" on one side of the stem, and "New Zealand" on the other.
2. A pipe my girlfriend got me a spell back. It has H.I.S. on one side of the stem and "made in Italy" on the other. The tobacconist at the Tinder box said it was an Italian company...some help eh??
Any help with these brands would be fantastic. I'd really like to know better where these came from!
