If your looking to order some, you can find it (and the other Altadis / Sutliff Private Stock blends) here (direct link to Molto Dolce here). As long as you keep your order small (less than 200g / $20), you shouldn't have to pay through the teeth at customs, too.
It's a real PITA for blenders to get new blends into Canada; they have a whole ton of CFIA imposed hoops to jump through before the blend can be carried for re-sale up here...you'll often find yourself turning to the U.S. e-tailers to acquire blends you can't find north of the 49th (I purchase about 97.5% of my pipe leaf south of the line).

Same here. Then again all I can find locally is Capt. Black, Amphora, and Borkum Riff. Yay! So all my tobacco orders are done online. Just remember, 200g/7oz is the limit before taxing.
