Good evening Hive mind! :) Just curious if there is a way to identify an unknown pipe? I was recently gifted a nice briar, never smoked before and smokes wonderfully. I’m spoiled by good friends. Lol All it says is made in England as stamped on the briar on the underside near the stem No maker’s mark. Curiosity may have killed the cat, but satisfaction brought him back. Haha. image.jpg

As you can see the stamping wasn’t well completed, or perhaps have rubbed off with age. My friend said he had it for awhile but never smoked it so I do not know how it was stored.image.jpg
