So I spent the time with my mom today and one stop was a huge antique store (where I scored the tins the other week) and found this baby. I have been needing some more space as my cob and hardwood just sat flat on the dresser. I really didn't think that I would fill this one but I proved myself wrong I guess... Although the back three I NEVER use. They are not even cleaned up. One is a meer lined pipe that is reamed to all hell and I am scared to fire it up, not to mention the awful ghost that was left behind!
So anyways here she is, i was so excited I just had to snap a pic empty and then will my pipes in it. I am thinking it needs a good sanding and stain. I would love to put a dark stain on this.

Here it is loaded up with my babies :)

Redbeard, any idea who made that rack? I ask because I have the exact same rack in a six-pipe setup: same jar, same weathered metal posts, same finish. Mine has no marking on it anywhere ... and I checked before I refinished it (heavy liquid damage to the finish).

Thanks all, I get so happy whenever I see it!!
You could just take the meer lining out of that meer-lined and smoke it that way. Just a thought.

Lol jk, I don't think I could do that to it
That's a terrific buy, redbeard!
Very nice -- and I dunno, I like the finish as it is, it has character.
Congratulations and thanks for posting
Thanks Roth! It does have character, too much IMO LOL!! I love dark wood though so I might have to do some work on it eventually.

I wish, I searched everywhere also. There is a paper bottom glued to the wood. Maybe something is hidden? What did to do to your posts? Have a pic?
