antique shops nice place to find old pipes

I scored this at a local antique shop, needed a lot of cleaning up.

I got it for $9.00 also picked up a old Savinelli and a few no names made in England.

It cleaned up nice and smokes nice, couldn't save the old Savinelli sad to say.

Wow, what a great find. Typically you don't see quality pipes, much less a Blue Riband, in an antique shop.

A little shop I go to has had an old Ropp with a jacked up stem for years in the case. Lately some basket pipe with a stem that looks like someone held a lighter to it has shown up.
They recently added two old metal (hip pocket style) cans of Velvet to the collection. One opened with what looks like may be old tobacco in a wrapper inside, and one unopened. They want around $12 each for them. I almost took the plunge on the unopened can, but couldn't do it.
