Well I have a Jurgen Moritz squashed tomato with bamboo shank waiting to be picked up since I was having my infusion so that will happen tomorrow.

I also placed a Best Offer on a Bryson Aluminum pipe, with a rather nice blasted bowl, which was accepted and paid for.

Then I found this marvelous Morta bowl with birch shank by Manfred Hortig just begging me to come hither so who am I to judge?

Unique finds this time ... very nice!
That birch shank is really something and the bowl is like a single large leaf hanging from it.

Great taste as always.

I have only 2 bamboo pipes and I like them - but have been following the bamboo-pipe-porn you provided from time to time.
This time, the Morta pipe looks spectacular! :puffy:

+1 peck. Various artisans split their cortexes trying to think outside the box and do something utterly distinctive, and here Hortig does it and has the temerity to make it look breezy easy, MOMA indeed. The bamboo pipe is gorgeous, and the aluminum one a classic super-Falcon (as it were). But the Hortig just transports us to another place.
