Another stumper

Can anyone identify this pipe? The stem on this pipe appears to be mother of pearl. The only marking I can find is the letters "PA". The image below shows all angles of the pipe and a close up of the top of the bowl which has the only marking (PA).
Length: 6.5 inches
Bowl Height: 3 inches
This one appears to be very old.

Looks like a mid to late 19th century Austrian meerschaum. The panelled stem accent does look to be mother of pearl.

I kinda thought it was a Meerschaum as well. I'm new to this, so I appreciate the responses. Thanks!
