Can anyone identify this one? The stem on this pipe appears to be mother of pearl. The only marking I can find is the letters "PA". The image below shows all angles of the pipe and a close up of the top of the bowl which has the only marking (PA).
Length: 6.5 inches
Bowl Height: 3 inches
This one appears to be very old.

Most likely a 19th century meerschaum Kalmasch from Austria -
The stem may be a replacement as these usually have a long wooden stem (often cherry wood) and a mouthpiece made from horn
