Altadis Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate Mouse is an aromatic blended by Altadis USA.

My g/f bought me a bunch of samples from JustForHim, this is the first I've tried so far.

Upon initial opening I was greeted with a rich sweet note, just like sniffing freshly made sweet chocolate frosting, with a slight earthy note. It's moist, but not too wet. I filled my Dr Grabow bent Omega and lit up.

It lights really well and after the charring light stayed lit until I put it down for this review. It smokes cool and sweet, maybe too sweet for some, but I liked it. When sipped, it fills the palette with a decidedly chocolately flavor with a nice cavendish note, this is one that's nice to exhale through the nose.

The room note is sweet, very tolerable, and the mustache note is identical to hot chocolate.

Burns to a nice grey ash, not goopy in the least. The nic level is medium to low. Not my favorite blend so far, but highly enjoyable.

I too am a fan of the chocolate mousse, it was a very enjoyable smoke!

You should also try the "Middle Earth Pipeweed series. It is not chocolate or vanilla,but it

is quit good..

I've cellared all five of the blends from the middle earth series, my favorite is Ruins of Isengard, love the Latakia in it.

Sounds good Ill add it to the list, I like chocolate tobaccos.

Never tried a chocolate flavored tobacco...sounds interesting.

Its nice when your significant other buys you baccy for your birthday,

along with a quarter pound of Ruins of Isengard (which she knows I love),

she also got me an oz of McClelland VBC Butterscotch, McClelland 700 Baklava, the previously mentioned Chocolate Mousse, and Altadis Mint Cordial. None of which I've tried until today, I probably wouldn't have thought to buy any of those flavors myself, but receiving them as a gift was really nice, and who knows, I might find a favorite among them! ::

You know what I love about Altadis ... they name ther blends [ other than z50 lol ] . Lane gives their blends numbers [ 1q , rlp6 etc .. ] Altadis tells you what they went for and many times they hit it dead on . Yeah man ,Chocolate Mousse is killer ... it tastes like Chocolate Mousse .It smells like Chocolate Mousse . They really have it down . :clap:
