A great pipe shop in a 450 year old building, and in the same location for 118 years! What a selection; drawers full of pipes from Radice to Ser Jacopo. I had a great visit today with Leonardo and picked up a few artisan pipes, two with bamboo. They also have Brebbia plastic sleeves to try out the button fit. Here are a few more photos I took today, including a three stem Peterson set, a beautiful antique pipe case and the three I got today. The middle of the three is by the late Danish pipe maker, Leo Borgart. Al Pascia still has several Borgart’s available and each is a work of art. The bottom one is a Radice Albatross.

Leonardo has all but some of the rare vintage items (like that wooden pipe case I posted) on his website. The link pops up under advertising as a sponsor of these forums. Press the English translation and show in US $ icons. The items arrive in 2-3 days by courier, with no VAT tax and wrapped in quality paper and ribbon on each package. That attention to detail is how you stay in business for 118 years, I guess.

His email address starting with “info@alpasicia…” is how I ask him about other unlisted items. Or you can call him; his English is better than mine lol. Remember that when it is 12noon EST in the states, it’s 6pm in Italy. He also posts regularly on Instagram and has a few YouTube videos.

Al Pascia soft leather pipe cases are top notch. That’s one of theirs in my last photos on the Savinelli thread.

Pascia in Italian means “to live like a lord.”
