Aging Capstan

So Capstan blue is one of my favourite baccy. Already got almost 2 pounds of it and I’m planning on getting more. Planning on smoking a tin Per year for a long time. What I’m unsure is if I should jar some of the tobacco. I’m thinking of keeping like 20 tins and jarring the rest. I’ve also read some bad stuff about Mac Baren tins at some point, any input?

Yeah I opened one recently. There was rust inside the tin but it did not affect the tobacco.

Same with a few of my Gawith tins.

I'd jar what you hope to age for ten years or longer. Store the remainder in tins.
