After a fantastic lunch of fresh sweet corn from one of the best growers of produce in the area, Zach's Farm, we slathered it with Kate's Sea Salted Butter which won the First Place award for the best salted butter and unsalted butter at the World Dairy Expo this year. I picked the first puffball of the season and did it up sliced 1/4" in Kate's butter with a pinch of pink Himalayan Sea Salt, delicious and for dessert some fresh melon from Zach's.
I'll be taking a little stroll in a moment as I keep it smokey with some Orlik Golden Sliced in the unknown maker, at the moment anyway, in the Dublin Morta with ivory colored stem and aluminum band.
