Hey guys just saw an african meer on ebay for sale only has 3.5 hours left. I dont have funds or I would buy it. Not a lot of afr. Meer out there. Its made by tanganyika and the seller has given no info. Nice looking pipe. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Tobacco-Smoking-Pipe-Used-/221100541167?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item337a9e84ef

How can you tell it's African meer? I see absolutely no description. Good looking pipe.

The logo on the stem is from the Kiko pipe company from the former Tanganyika, now Tanzania, in Africa.

Is african meer a darker white than others. I have a mastercraft meer that isnT the same overall whiteness as my others ( Patina aside). Does seem a harder material. Cajun did you outbid everyone? :? The patina is coming up a sort of a cocoa color.
