Been craving it for the last couple of weeks. That stuff is addictive, I feel the more I smoke it, the more I crave it. Never really happened with other tobacco, as I usually like to switch blends at each smoke. Revor is also a perfect after dinner smoke. Sad it’s pricey and hard to come by tho. Anyone got addiction problems with some blends?

Your post is amusing. Myself as well as Weezell got stuck with a load of Revor acquired when we were led to believe it was going out of production. Neither of us liked the stuff and we couldn't give the stuff away. In the end I think we dumped it on PA Pipe who happily incinerated it for us. Revor is one of those you either love or loath tobaccos. To me it always looked like a really thick flake as opposed to a traditional plug but then I may have had a 'Friday Afternoon' batch. Anyway my 2 cents for what its worth.

Oddly enough, just this morning I bagged up 12 plugs of Revor, because I feel I need to have a good long break from it for a few years.
It can get a bit sickly, but then I'm not into aromatics, and that's the only one I have.

I reckon I'm addicted to SG Brown No 4 rope, GH Dark birds eye, and most straight Virginia, as long as it doesn't have PG.

When was it you heard it was going out of production? I've heard recently that it might be going the way of the dodo because it's made in the EU for Gawith. Was this a different time?

I’d gladly take any unwanted revor off of anyone’s hands! Not addicted to it, but really like it and can hardly ever find it!

I would trade my Revor Plug stash gram for gram in exchange for McClelland Virginias (especially reds), for any takers out there.

Anyone find it’s a ghosting blend? I always smoke it in the same pipe that got dedicated to it by default. I’m always tempted to try it in another pipe but always afraid it will ghost the shit out of it...
