There is a 4-year old video I found on YouTube titled “Italian Pipe Show 2019-Saturday Smoking on the Lake” that is definitely worth watching by any pipe enthusiast. Unlike some pipe show videos, this one breaks it down by artisan as he slowly pans the camera over the table of pipes offered by each of about a half dozen makers, whose names each appear on the screen in large type. I feel like I’m finally able to understand and identify the style of each of these well-known European makers. And oh, what craftsmanship and design.

I didn’t add a link here because most of us watch YouTube on our big screen, smart TV’s nowadays. So, just go to YouTube and search that title. It’s a feast for the eyes of any pipe lover. I wish those who review the North American Pipe Collectors show in Columbus, as well as the Las Vegas and Muletown shows would do the same.

Thank you @Mike N ! I really enjoyed this. Saw more than one pipe at every table I'd be happy to have. Loved to see Deception Pass being smoked, too!

Thanks for posting this... I had not seen it. It's amazing how many talented pipe makers there are in Italy. It made me wonder how they all learned to make such beautiful pipes. How did they start out? Who did they work for? I would love to know. puffy

This is the video where I discovered Bruno Nuttens pipes - he's the last piper in the circle of Italian pipe smokers (smoking one of his own creations) as they ask them all what they're smoking and Moreno, from "Moreno fumando la pipa" says, "That's your pipe?!" Also fun to see Moreno who I really like too. I can watch pipe videos and work on my Italian at the same time!
