Nevada always was a bit ahead of their time, with legalized (and regulated) gambling, prostitution, marijuana, etc. Allowing adults to choose to smoke is in line with that. Good for them.

Good on Nevada. Now they just need to revoke ALL smoking related laws as they are all in violation of the rights of private business owners.

Mason, I agree with you 100%. But to some, "the public health" is more important than private property rights.
Like a lobster, we are slowly being boiled alive without realizing it.

I don't know why lawmakers can't see that prohibition doesn't work. It didn't work with alcohol, it's not working with marijuana, and it's not going to work with tobacco.

i was just at the local B&M around here for the first time today. i was amazed, it has a little coffey area, a bar, more cigars than i can imagine, some pipes, and every single table has big brass ash trays with cigar holders built right into it. they opened the door and the poor girl trying to put out the outdoor stuff almost got ran over by like 5 people who kind of appeared to go in lol. being only 21, i havent seen may places that allow smoking, and i went in here and it made me grin ear to ear when i saw a dude get an expresso, and light his cigar in a bar.
