A short pairing report - Abingdon & Earl Grey.

Smoking GL Pease Abingdon in a Rossi Vittoria 8320, with a mug of loose leaf Earl Grey Supreme. The Abingdon has a little over 2 years in a jar.

The the light woody, herbal, and spice notes of Abingdon pair well with the malty oolong and bergamot in the tea.

Very nice on this slow Saturday morning, watching the squirrels bury nuts.

I'm a fan of Abingdon. There are so many Latakia mixtures to choose from in GL Pease's back catalog one never knows where to start. Cheers.

I love drinking earl grey with a bowl, my favorite pairing so far is PS LNF and the earl; combo made in heaven. I just cracked a 3yo tin of Abington, can’t wait to try!

I don't like Earl Grey very much but your review of them sounds tempting.
