The upshot is: You may want to reconsider using acrylic swing-top canisters (with the "7") symbol for storing your tobacco.

Good work. I never store in plastic as I store sometimes for years. A Mason jar is the only way.

Agreed, @pipeinhand, Mason Jars only. Would never put a blend in plastic.
