A New Gigi Classica

The rustication that I like best is Lomma's. You can see an example of this on sp in his

Partially Rusticated Elephant Foot​

I like the rustication because it is deep and tells me that this is a serious addition to shape, and it achieves a surface on top and at the bottom of the divot. Their regularity runs in the same direction, and thus they are symmetric.

So that's what I look for, and in comparison of which the Gigi could be said to suffer. But that would ignore the fact that the Gigi is not trying to compete in a more elevated class.

In any event it probably smokes better than the Lomma.
