now i see it is that one for the mexican blends or more for local leafs
my daughter (11 years old) got that for me on Fathers Day just a few weeks ago. It has become sort of a family joke.
Suffice it to say it is unused, although I could have used it well many moons ago....

You are right. There are 4 Grabows in the picture.
From the "right":
1. Burgundy pipe on far end is a Special 11
2. Most interior of the "rustic" pipes is a Grand Duke.
3. Pipe furthest to the left in rack is a Savoy filterless.
4. The bent pipe peeking out that you see is a Lark. I never smoke it. It sits in between some stem oil and a cob (washed out by the flash in the picture) that I also don't smoke.

You have kept the best pipe (IMO), segregated, the best do tend to stand out in a crowd don't they.

I definitely admire the theme you have in pipes. My collection looks like a I ran through a shoe store and not all fit the same feet. You definitely have a high standard in what you enjoy. thanks for sharing.

well, I prefer the straights, and am not terribly fond of the saddle bit, although I can live with it. My taste in pipes runs to the conservative, and prefer the "working mans" pipe, as opposed to the less mainstream.

Couldn't agree more. Different styles fit different moods. I prefer straights to drive with and bents when I want to think.
