A couple of new Castello purchases today

I picked up these two new, unsmoked Castello pipes from separate sellers today: an “Old Antiquari” KK Shape 55 (length 127mm) and a Perla Nera stack (K).

FYI -- The Perla Nera is a paint-like coating, not stain, so clean and shine only when necessary using a dry or faintly damp soft cloth by hand. NOT a buffing wheel.

The coating will thin and the grain start to show through if you do, and restoring it to opaque is (for all practical purposes) impossible.
