403 Error - Forbiden

Am I the only one getting this message from the pipesmagazine.com/forum page? Whenever I try to access the site over my 4G I get this message recently. If I connect my phone to my house wi-fi it accesses it just fine. Does anybody have a solution?

Check your permission settings on the phone. If you look at the bottom of every page on this site, you'll see the "Safe Surf" badge, showing that this site is rated for adults.
If some parental type setting, somewhere in your phone, is set for nanny mode, it could be blocking access.
Don't ask me where to look, though. I know just enough to be dangerous....

This only happens if you have recently smoked Captain Black Grape. Even searching for it by name on Tobaccoreviews.com will flag your account for "re-education".
