Three tobaccos on the way, Altadis Wild Cherry, and Lanes LL-7 and their 1Q, which is reportedly

the same as Tinder Box's Wilshire blend. 1Q probably doesn't need any reviewing, but I'll see

if the others bear comment. Also on hand and of interest, McClelland Red Viriginia Cake and

Lanes Burley Without Bite, and probably the least familiar, Brebbia Calvados, "Virginia leaf...

with some Burley ... added genuine Calvados (French apple grape) to enhance aroma. I'm

kinda saving that last one, but when I do pop open the tin (the others are bulk) I'll report.

I'm continuing to enjoy Iwan Ries Blue Star, which didn't go so well on an earlier pouch. It

has a little bite now and then, but is a pleasant smoke mostly.

Just to point out that Lane 1Q is the original and Tinderbox's is probably actual 1Q renamed or their match to it.
Look forward to your opinions on all the others blends. I haven't tried any of those. If the Altadis Wild Cherry is similar to other Altadis blends I have had you will need to dry it out significantly. I really like their Vanilla Custard but I leave it out over night (at a minimum) to dry. They tend to douse their aromatics. Not sure if it is PG or the actual flavor topping.
