Picked these up today. The unique Cha-Cha TV Pipe is the one I wanted. The other two are just an added bonus. The Internet lists the Cha-Cha at $175.00 unsmoked. I paid $50.00 for all three. Because of its uniqueness, I was very pleased to get it at that price. I have NEVER seen one before so....... The stem needs to be unoxidized, and other than that, it is in perfectly new condition, and unsmoked, with original box and tags! It is, to me, a collectors item, but I must smoke it anyway.

These next two pipes, I do not know the value yet but the short Canadian is CL(in a circle) Real Briar, and Made in England.
The other one is a Comet, Real Briar, Foriegn. With a heart shape symbol on the stem.

I have yet to reasearch these two.

Nice, What are you going to christen the Cha Cha with?
The tag is awesome. "Happy Smoking Sir!" I just love a happy smoke!

That thing is cool!! Looking at some pipes on Ebay yesterday and saw a Mastercraft (IIRC) that was "pore processed". Mastercraft imported pipes from all over the world but didn't make any. A large percentage of their pipe were made in Italy.
EDIT--found it,it's a Mastercraft box and brochure with a Linkmans pipe. If you look at the text on the brochure-in the first pic it mentions "pore processed briar".

I don't know what Pore Processed means but it looks normal to me. The draught hole is perfectly centered. I ran a dry 12" pipe cleaner tru the stem with no problems at all. I think, but am not sure, that Lorenzo had something to do with its production in the 1950's. I am going to e-mail them with pics and see if they can shed some light. The Cha-Cha is listed in Pipepedia but no extra info included. Tonight the stem gets deoxidized and I am going to smoke a bowl of 50/50 Kendals Kentucky/Dunhill Nitecap.

That thing is too cool, can't wait to hear how it smokes. You definitely scored big time with all three for 50.00. Congrats on your new toys, I am sure you are going to have a blast with them.

I smoked a bowl of Stonehaven in it last night. It was awsome, smokes by itself with no draw issues. I did remove the stinger first and put it in the box with all the stingers I save. Spent 2 hours deoxidizing the stem and ran an alochol soaked cleaner tru it. Also ran an alochol cleaner tru the shank and wiped out the bowl. There was NO gurgle tru entire bowl. Even tho it was Stonehaven, it still required only 2 extra relights, which I thought was outstanding. The only thing I disliked is that the inside of the bowl is totally bare wood, no coating or carbon. The first several bowls will be a gentle smoke. It took approx. an hour and 15 minutes for the first bowl.
