I won 2 Dr. Grabow Estate Vintage Fully Restored Pipes on eBay for only $2.50 they are in super condition. what a steal

Those are some grand old U.S. "machine" pipes, a nifty billiard and Dublin. I can't imagine the seller made

back anything, given the time to do the restoration and offer them on ebay, let alone acquiring the pipes in

the first place. Those will serve your rotation as long as you are smoking a pipe, I think. The stems may need

replacing someday, maybe. Good machine pipes can be war horses, ever faithful.

they are my 2 every day smokers, and they smoke like a champ. I am so glad I caught that auction, because I don't think the seller knew what he/she had (probably a non pipe smoker) or what they were worth when he sold them
