Wonderful George, it is a lovely film and watching it always makes me feel melancholic.
I believe the stummels were polished with linseed oil with drop of orange stain added.

You don't see too many Charatan's from this era. You see plenty of Lane era pipes and more recent Dunhill made Charatans. What happened to all of them?
