“GH” (or “HG”) Stamp on Orlik Pipes?

I recently scored a bunch of estate 1970s Orlik virgins from a forum member, and noticed they have this strange stamping on them. I’m assuming it’s for a tobacconist, but either way I have never come across it before.

wondering if anyone has any ideas?
