    Chronic wet smoker

    Try smoking from your hand rather than clenching. Even if you are sipping instead of puffing, you can still smoke too hot from sipping too frequently. Also your pipe can't fill with drool if it is mostly held in the hand. This practice is also good training for sipping less when you do clench.

    I enjoyed my one tin of it, but I had left it for years (maybe 10?) before smoking it. Pease gives his blends some exciting names, I think this has the potential to be counterproductive because it builds hype around something that is still 'just tobacco'

    I nearly always use up/over extend my own tolerances for daily social interaction on the three lovely family members I share a home with...I will go to a bar if it is an invitation that I cannot figure out a polite way of turning down, but NEVER of my own volition...so about once a year.

    In reference to pipes, it means unclean. In reference to tobacco it is referring to a point on the flavour wheel, you could be talking about a fermented/vinegar type flavour or a citrus like tartness etc...

    I have never had a problem with any of their blends, except autumn evening, which I thought was disgusting. And I always like to promote Winchester, I think it is their finest offering (not that I have tried them all, I just love it).
