Are Windcaps Over?
I wish I could find my source, but I read that windcaps were required in Germany at one time to prevent forest fires. Many old school german pipes (porcelain, tassels, etc.) have them.- justscience

Favorite Holiday Blends?
New mown hay (alfalfa?) has a sweet coumarin (tonquin) smell that's found in a few SG blends such as Sam's Flake and 1792. I've sold on it for prices that made me blush. The administrative fees on Tinbids are far less than our Texan friend and much higher prices are obtained on certain brands.
