    Tekin Meerschaum Coloring Updates

The coloring on that pipe looks great. The coloring is very even which doesn't always happen, and really gives it a nice look. I'm more impressed that you've been keeping track of your smokes this whole time.

***What Are You Smoking, Nov. 2024?***

Thanks. We had a pipe burst in our bathroom, causing damage to both bathrooms, so no bathrooms means we have to stay somewhere else. Fighting with the insurance company has made things take longer, but we're making progress. I still have to go to the house daily to check on things, so...

***What Are You Smoking, Nov. 2024?***

Currently sitting at the AirBnB we're staying at while our house is being remodeled. Smoking my Meerschaum Market - Lee Van Cleef meer with some McClelland - HH Highland Blend. I definitely prefer my shop when I'm at my house, as I'm not used to smoking outside.

    Pleasant Cellar Surprises

That's usually my problem, decent tobacco but no favorites or something I would buy again. If it's terrible tobacco I just toss it as there is no sense in torturing myself. LOL

Coloring Progress Over Time/No of Bowls in one Meerschaum Pipe

The pipe looks like it's been enjoyed thoroughly, and has colored nicely. May it bring you many more happy smokes.

    Decision on New Meerschaum

I love my Tekin pipes, and my H. Cor pipe, and some day plan on buying an IMP. I've never seen a 9mm Tekin, and though I'm sure he could carve one, the IMP or H. Cor choice may be a better option as you already noted. Good luck with your decision.

    Pleasant Cellar Surprises

I pretty much know what's in my cellar for my unopened tins, what I get surprised by is stuff in my mason jars. The surprise is usually, crap! I still have some of this. Which then means I'll spend the next several smoking sessions trying to smoke through a non-favorite tobacco to eliminate it...

    Tyson v. Paul

Growing up I watched Tyson mess people up badly in the ring, so I'm pulling for Tyson. I'm not a fan of Logan and Jake Paul, but they're out there doing their thing. I just don't think Paul has it in him to survive Tyson. 2 minute rounds make it easy for Tyson to attack and not really tire...

Currently smoking my Tekin Lion and Claw meer with some Iwan Ries - Old Colonial with some company from the cats. After a pipe burst in our bathroom, causing both bathrooms to need gutted and remodeled, we moved the cats into the shop, so I'll have some visitors for a while. At least on the...

Davidoff Flake Medallions: To Age Or Not To Age?

Flake Medallions is great either way. I've had it right out of the tin, as well as having some that had about 4-5 years age on it. It's a great tobacco, which ever way you want to enjoy it, it'll be good.
