    Hi from Brisbane Australia

G'day from Perth!! New to the hobby myself. Nutty Irishman is one of my favourites so far. Think I'll be getting a tin of that, but I've had some good advice from some members on here and I'm pretty keen to try other tobaccos

    Hi from Perth Australia

Thanks for the welcome. Cigars are just as bad. I watched a review on YouTube of a cheap cigar in the USA, $6.50. Same one in Australia, just under $100. At least I can ration the pipe tobacco to an extent. Starting to wonder why I moved here....🤔

    Hi from Perth Australia

Yeah, the cigar taste and aroma is something I like and I've seen reviews on Latakia blends. I'll get some on the shopping list! A lot of the reviews on YouTube reference the tobacco reviews website, I've got the webpage saved in my favourites. Do you get your tobacco online from Australia...

    Hi from Perth Australia

Thanks for the welcome and the advice. From the small amount of tobacco I've tried so far, aromatics seem to be more enjoyable. Have you tried any of the local brands like Winfeild or Manitou? (I only call them local as they can be purchased in the local Smoke Mart in Perth, rather than the...

    Hi from Perth Australia

Smoked all sorts years ago!! Pretty much starting from scratch now though, as its been so long. Learning how to pack the pipe properly and smoking slowly will no doubt help to enhance the flavour of the tobacco, but that's the learning curve i suppose. Great supplier in Vic where I've got some...

    Hi from Perth Australia

Cheers Brendan! That would definitely be an acquired taste!! Been watching tobacco reviews from the US and I can't believe the difference in prices between the US and Australia. Purchasing a tobacco you ended up not liking would be a costly exercise.

    Hi from Perth Australia

Hi all! Only just started, 2 weeks ago actually. I've been gifted some tobacco pipes, so I'm looking in to different tobaccos. Bought some samples from a supplier in a different state, Nutty Irishman, American Black Cherry, Connoisseurs Choice and Sherlock Holmes. I'm using a small bowled...
