It's impossible to order tobacco from other countries directly, but there are people who can *bring* any blends available online in the US, although often at very high prices (a 57g tin of C&D would cost you around $32). I've just added it, thank you. It's Russia. Unfortunately, many pipe tobaccos are not available here anymore. That includes everything made by Gawith Hoggarth, DTM, and STG (+ Mac Baren).
