My smokes are usually around 90 minutes as well, and I don't feel like I'm smoking particularly slow. Once in a while I manage to finish a bowl in 45 minutes, and then I'm like, "what happened?" I may have a tendency to overpack, and I suppose it's to be expected that more tobacco takes longer...- ItsKarl

Certainly. But this was a straight up medical question, which I suspect he asked here because he knows what the doctor will say. The question wasn't "is it a question for a doctor", the question was "I have just had a heart attack - should I quit smoking?" And that's a medical question if ever...- ItsKarl
