My guess,it's original. It looks like the shank is turned so the band will be flush. Not sure they're take that risk to turn the shank on a cracked piece. Just a guess, looks great! I think it's a reasonable cost. Assuming they'll do a excellent job, that's something that they won't do in fifteen minutes like some hackers.
