New pipe. Attraction is equal on inside of bowl. Chamber has a black coating. Attraction is slight but noticeable. Thanks for you interest.- Swampfire

I have a neodymium magnet glued to the end of my pipe tamper. Very handy to keep it nearby my smoking area.
