Indeed - it seldom happens, but this was a moment of “winning” on the road. And you may be right on the money with that topping suggestion - the ginger especially. It’s quite faint, but the sweetness definitely piques ahead of the typical “bright” flavors of VA. Baking spice is definitely in there.- American Piper
