Ever Do A Taste Off
Does anyone ever do a taste off? Where you pack 2 pipes with different but similar tobaccos and light both. ok just cleaned pipe again. This time folded cleaners in half (doubled up) and cleaned bowl. Then unfolded and used ends to clean stem again. Tip removed. Here are pics. As others stated must be fully dipped into stain at factory. I will keep cleaning and drying until clear.- Old_Newby

Ruminations on the Candle or the Flame or old Mister Both
I would rather lose my favorite pipe than my favorite tobacco be discontinued. I can use a $20 cob as long as I can enjoy the tobacco. Isn't the candle analogy more about not wasting energy and resources if not necessary. The juice is not worth the squeeze.- Old_Newby

I am 60 and my sons love gaming but I never got into any of it after the video arcade (gamerooms) went away and money became my focus.
