    What's For Dinner?

    Hadn't dug this deep into my southern pocket for a while, but I got a good deal on some scrap pieces from the butcher this week and I couldn't resist. Mixed greens w/ split pigs feet, cowboy potatoes, pan fried beef liver & cornbread... Mmmmmmmm.... all from scratch, just like my Nana used to make.
