That is a switch forsure! Can get them everywhere here, The odd part is redbird is part of Eddy Match which is based in New Hampshire. I do see that these were made in Chile though. Eddy Match was a Canadian company back in the day. I wonder if they still distribute the redbird brand here...- TheFall

I did an alcohol and cotton treatment, after wiping the bowl out with alcohol. When I was done the bowl was solid light brown, the colour of that cake building material the coated those pipes with. The coffee trick is new to me- TheFall

I have found that a less aggressive lighting technique also helps with the bottom of the bowl, especially when using butane. I think once I have more experience I will revisit this Solani flake with fold and stuff, but right now despite the extra prep, cube cut seems to be just fine. I will have to crack my new tin of Mac Barren Navy Flake and see if folding and stuffing still works like it did for me years ago!- TheFall
