Oh ho ho ho! Look, as a Greek my breakfast is coffee (black) and cigarettes so I don't crave any food in the morning but when in France I'll enjoy the local patisseries. Easiest (Best?) Way to Cook Bacon
In the oven, on a rack and crispy is what I prefer, however in Switzerland the local variety is German-style speck, which is paper thin and often eaten uncooked like prosciutto. I preferred thick cut English bacon, including back bacon as it's a lot meatier.- karam

Sweet Latakia Blend Recommendations
Yes, 8% if I remember correctly. Enough to notice, not enough to be anywhere near a Latakia blend. It just lends a bit of depth and light smokiness. On point, HU Port Latakia is a very well done lightly aromatic Latakia blend.- karam
