What do you call the decorative metal on the stem and shank?
I know there are proper names for each part of a pipe. I wanted to know what to call the embedded emblems, like on the stem of a GBD. Stem replacement
I gather from shopping for a replacement stem that you have to bend them yourself? That sounds like an exercise beyond my pay grade. Is that something that is easily messed up? Also, where exactly do I measure to get the diameter I need? Thanks!- uneek
