***What Are You Smoking, September 2024?***

A little Steamworks first…not bad. Some Redburn to try for the first time…pleasantly surprised. Lastly, working on my second 16oz sack of Rum Flake… dang you Gawith & Hogarth! I can’t get enough of this tobacco. Smoking the guts out of my Friday Savinelli and my beloved 626.

Still enjoying the Perique in Atalaya. I’m trying some in my new Meerschaum. Later the cob is getting stuffed with my last bit of GL Pease Bankside. The coffee is extra delicious today.

    SG 1792 Flake Thoughts?!

That was my reaction when I cracked open my first tin of 1792 in 2016 (when I was still in the Army). That Tonquin bean is unique. The smoke, however, was an experience. I still smoke a bowl every once in a long while in a corn cob.

I cannot seem to have enough of these two blends the last 3 weeks or so. Atalaya and Bankside in my Savinellis and my German clay pipe. It’s lovely outside at night in North Florida.
