    Has Forums Gone Budget On Pipes?

    A recent estate acquisition. Carved by Abe Herbaugh. It is his Crane Grade, his highest for smooth pipes. The most I've spent on a single pipe....so far. This purchase lead to a commission from him. So more to come...puffy Pic is from the original eBay posting.

    Half way through my second English and it is a very enjoyable stick. Ordering a box post haste! Since the two Aromatics I reviewed quite harshly above I’ve also had the Navy. Better than the Aros but only marginally so. The English though….Damn Fine cigar!!!

    Grew up there and stayed until I was 28. Started smoking a pipe and cigars when I was at OSU. There used to be a tobacco store at 63rd and May that I went to. But that was in the late 1990s to early 2000s. Not sure it’s still there. Welcome!

    Any reviews of these? I started with the Aromatic and it was not a pleasant experience. Tight draw, average flavor and that’s being kind, would not stay lit and finally stopped smoking it somewhere at the 1/2 to 1/3 mark. Tried the English next and wow…one of the best cigars I’ve ever had...
