    I just noticed on pipes and cigars that it doesn't tax you and says remmitance of any taxes is down to the customer, due to different state's laws.     Thanks for the responses. Yes i smoke english blends and VaPers too, I'm really starting to be able to define that sweet virginia taste as appose to say latakia or periques. But like 1q, i think the topping sweetness only goes to compliment those natural tobacco flavors.
