I deal with my RA by eating a diet heavy in leafy green vegetables. Although I enjoy homemade German sausage, I limit certain meatfats as they seem to set off the flareups as keenly as the coldfronts. Gut chemistry has alot to do with pain episodes - weird, eh?- contentmentcure
