    The exterior isn't charred: it just has a hole about a centimeter deep. Also, it feels all soft when I stuck my finger in the hole to feel it. Do you think I just purchased a fault cob? Or I wrecked it myself?

    I live in Calgary, I just removed the Missouri Meershaum sticker from the bottom of my bowl and there's a hole in the bottom of the bowl. The hole is about the same diameter as the sticker was, the hole doesn't go right through the bowl but, the hole feels soft to the touch.

    Thank you so much man it turns out that they do! They didn't have nothing about shipping costs to foreign country's though. Now I just have to find someone who's willing to sell me a good pipe for a decent price preferably a Canadian.
