My grandfather gave me his pipes

Hi all, I'm new to this forum (and to pipe smoking!) Today my grandfather gave me his two pipes, but I'm having troubles identifying them. One of the pipes is billiard shaped and has the mathematical sign "pi" (3.14), along with the writing "Fumo Popular" I wonder if anyone know of this brand?
