    Best Pipe Filter

    I probably broke the rules by starting a thread, search did not help. I had a "cheap" filter and the paper barrel came apart and left the plastic stuck in my stem. Hence forth I am looking for recommendations for a good pipe filter.

    Transition from one bottle to the next bottle.

    When I get almost to the bottom of a jar of home packed, I dump next jar and mix the old with it. Pack into new jar. Works for me.

    My Smoking corner and fighting PAD.

    Took several months and two pieces of pegboard to get what I wanted. Another row of bins ordered will go on top of existing bins. Room for many more, which leads to point 2. Fighting PAD. I furgue looking at pipes is better than looking at women, but sometimes I one I like.

    Came in Today!

    Ebay seller knew NOTHING about pipes, He inherited a bunch of new Turkish Meerschaum Pipes, and I bought on. I though about "Lowball" offer, and decided to NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE of him, so I bought at his auction price. $110. I's quite happy with the transaction.

    Your Smoking Area

    I installed a room ventilation fan which was less than perfect. So I moved my Smoke Shack to our Garage. Window AC was not sealed very well, so I redid the AC and moved my area to the garage. Not a problem. Actually happy with the whole project.

    New Arrangement, New Ventilation.

    I had a bathroom exhaust fan installed right above where I sat at my computer desk, contractor ran the hose out to the soffit, and it blows out the exhaust there. It catches most of the smoke. "Lane" Very Cherry tobacco.

    I am currently working on MY collection, pipe number 6 of XX. I decided to and ordered a journal. Easy to print a picture before and after and tape on page, and list steps of work. Anyone else? Comments

    Sanding vulcanite stems. still learning

    If im Sanding with gray 3000G sandpaper, and get brown residue on the sandpaper, I must still be sanding oxidation? If I sand and only black or no residue, i'm through the oxidation.
