***What Are You Smoking, January 2023?***

That's great that you have both the tools and the knowledge. All I have are some tools, YouTube and gumption. There's a front crankshaft oil seal replacement and leaky trans cooler in my future. That's also a great looking pipe.

***What Are You Smoking, January 2023?***

My first taste of Eccentric in a Bones Stovepipe. Good stuff. Good pipe, smokes great and is a good clencher.

    Jim's Sutliff Eccentric Blend Review.

About 1/2 way through my first bowl of Eccentric. I wasn't sure about this one when I bought it, previously iffy of Latakia. However, I've come to enjoy a couple of bowls of a Latakia (English) blend recently in the cooler weather here in the Mitten, so I decided to open up the tin of Eccentric...

***What Are You Smoking, January 2023?***

Capstan Yellow in a new Bones Stovepipe. This is my third Bones and barely got the last one broken in, just can't stop buying them. Should have a nice little collection by the end of the year if I keep it up.

***What Are You Smoking, January 2023?***

Working on both some Capstan Yellow in a Cayuga and trying to diagnose a transmission cooler line leak. Had no idea the Jeep Liberty came with a built-in pipe rest, must be a Jeep thing.

***What Are You Smoking, January 2023?***

Yesterday's walk with another round of Who Knows What English Blend in the Nording Dublin. I picked up this blend last May, along with the pipe, but have not really been a fan of it. Since it been colder, most of what I've been smoking seems to have lost it's flavor. I'm not sure if that's from...

***What Are You Smoking, January 2023?***

I like that the grain can still be seen in the blast. Good looking pipe.

It's an Omega Super Chromega D enlarger. It can print up to 4x5 inch negatives, which I have a desire to get into, but right now I'm just printing 35mm.

Saw the poster behind you and had to look up the photographer. I've seen his images before, but knew nothing about him. Interesting guy. Life Magazine always had amazing photographers and stories.

***What Are You Smoking, December 2022?***

I'm not good at it, but I love it too. Have a darkroom in my basement that I mess around in from time to time, purely as a hobby. I like it for the same reasons as the pipe, let's me slow down and be methodical about what I'm doing in the moment, and it gets me away from screens (big or small).

***What Are You Smoking, December 2022?***

Just finishing this bowl of BW Back Down South in the Bones Skinny Paul. Took a slow walk around the neighborhood to complete a roll of Kodak Tri-X in my grandpa's Pentax K1000. Thinking about some new photo projects for next year. Perfect pipe for smoking while wielding a camera. Happy New...

Your Blend Of The Year 2022

Since I started smoking a pipe only back in May, it's all pretty new to me. However, my favorite also fits the req's and that is Whimsical. Over the summer I've found that I have an inclination towards VaPer blends. I found Anthology to be decent, prefer Back Down South over it, but next year...

***What Are You Smoking, December 2022?***

Been nearly a week since my last bowl, so this is the second consecutive pipe full of Fox Campanile in my Cayuga Lovat. Just need the time this afternoon to think about some heavy things that the holidays always seem to bring with them.
